The Project Management Office (PMO) ensures all projects undertaken by Mercury IT are delivered on time, within budget and to scope. Project Management significantly increases the successful completion of your project within time, quality and cost expectations and we recommend utilising our Project Management services as part of every project. Your Mercury IT Project Manager will oversee every aspect of your project. Being your primary contact they will plan, monitor and provide weekly status reports as well as implement and coordinate a risk management plan.
We are experienced with the Project Management Lifecycle and utilise the PMBoK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) framework and methodology to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget and within quality requirements. Our team follow a comprehensive planning process at the initiation of a project to significantly improve project success outcomes. Our planning process includes the establishment of clear expectations, a detailed and achievable project schedule and defined control mechanisms to control project changes. We control project scope creep through effective client engagement throughout the project. Our team provide continual communication updates to ensure that our clients are fully engaged in the project.
