You will have access to our hard-working Service Team, all of whom are based in Australia. To ensure we are an IT helpdesk provider that is always easily accessible, we take log service requests via email, web portal or over the phone to ensure your IT issues are dealt with efficiently.
Our hard-working helpdesk support and team of engineers work from our Service Desk. Our helpdesk support is there to conduct troubleshooting, resolve enquiries and ensure your complex IT issues are in the right hands. While our team of engineers is there to monitor critical systems via real-time monitoring dashboards and alerts and perform regular maintenance.
Through monitoring and regular maintenance, like outlined below, we aim to prevent issues from occurring while also providing recommendations for any changes, updates or other work that should be performed to ensure the continued operation of the environment.
