Over the years Mercury IT has become an integral part of our operation, being the largest privately owned Radiology Company on the Gold Coast we have a highly complex IT system which is required to be well maintained and cutting edge.
Prior to Mercury IT we had slow, often unstable connectivity between our 15 sites – Mercury IT have since re-designed and implemented a fast, robust WAN network that has all of our sites interconnecting without any of the previous frustrations. Our Radiologists are now able to report from any location with ease.
We have had a Managed service agreement with Mercury IT for over 5 years and have found them to do a wonderful job of looking after our IT needs, they complete all jobs with enthusiasm and get them done within an appropriate timeframe.

The out of hours assistance is of a high standard and there is always someone available for help even when the office is closed. When we require additional work to be carried out the Mercury IT team always tries to schedule a time in as soon as possible so that our needs are met. The service is always helpful and the technicians convey the problems and specific needs in a ‘user-friendly’ language that our staff can understand.
The Management team have taken the time to get to know our networking needs by taking the time to get to know our business and therefore are able to provide the best service to us as a client.
