Engagement

The engage phase of our solution deployment lifecycle allows us to work with you to understand your business in the most comprehensive way possible—from the way you operate to your overarching objectives. Your Mercury IT Account Manager will engage with you and your team in order to discuss and assess your needs. A Virtual Solution Team (VST) will then be built around the requirements that have been identified from these assessments. The VST team members will all play a part in designing, testing, implementing and managing your bespoke solution. Depending on your needs, your VST can draw together a variety of resources and skills that can include technical, marketing, administrative, financial and director level resources as needed.

Key deliverables:

During the engage phase, your Account Manager will lead you through the discovery process in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your particular solution's needs. These steps may include conducting initial interviews with your team members and executive sponsors, and assessing technologies to determine if they are an accurate fit for your particular requirements. Our findings after the completion of each step will be presented for your approval and may include:

  • Business Requirements Document
  • Solution Proposals
  • Technology Strategy
  • High Level Design Document
  • Business Case Development
  • Proof of Concept Testing
