About Mercury IT

Mercury IT was established in 2004 by technical engineers Luke Halliday and AJ Williams to fill a market gap created by IT companies they felt were too focused on supplying products, rather than quality service. We are a technology company that offers a comprehensive range of services to large and small Australian businesses—regardless of their industry.

Mercury IT knows that each business is unique and strives to complement each client with personalized services and solutions to improve each client's overall productivity, efficiency, and competitive advantage. The company designs solutions based on solid, objective business metrics like Return on Investment and Lower Total Cost of Ownership. These solutions are delivered via a life cycle services model that has been designed to ensure excellence in execution, financial management, and customer satisfaction.
